It has nothing to do w/ sex, if that's what you mean. The way I see it is that the singer is used to Do and Have everything he wanted, including women, until he met her. So he had never experienced love before..that's why she is "making love [creating the feeling] out of nothing at all." When he says "And I don't know how YOU DO IT" means he doesn't know how she could made him feel things he never felt before. He can (supposedly) do impossible things, but not live w/out her.
