Hahahahaha This is what happens when people try to be "Hip" and use terminology they don't usually use, I believe the woman was referring to Barack & Michelle "Fist Bumping", which she so elegantly rebranding as fisting, that is why the presenter was laughing, I don't think the woman had clue about what fisting means to most people

Yeah, that was on ATTACK OF THE SHOW on G4I saw the actual broadcast and nearly choked on my breakfast. Its one of the moments where you try to explain what happened but laugh harder in the process
