You're fat because you eat like a damned American. It's the fault of the American majority of the time because they eat nothing but fat food. I'm not saying anything against the fat, my mother's fat too, though she's actually putting effort into losing the weight, that's 50 pounds already gone. I highly doubt you've tried a damned thing. -_-
